Shipping and Returns
At this time, FrogWorks, Inc. only ships merchandise to locations within the United States through the website. We will ship to areas outside the United States at your cost. All International orders can be placed via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone, 303-973.8848.
Orders will typically ship within 1 - 2 business days unless an item is backordered. If your item is backordered we will notify you. Please make sure that all the information you provide is complete and accurate to avoid any delays in shipping.
For Colorado Residence only; FrogWorks, Inc. charges sales tax for products ordered on this website based on the applicable state sales tax rate for the location to which the order is being shipped.

Please inspect your order carefully once it is received for damage that may have happened during shipping and for accuracy of the order. If you encounter a problem please contact us immediately so that we can make it right as quickly as possible.
We have a 14 day return policy. All returned products must be unused, in resalable condition, and come with the original packaging. FrogWorks’s essential oils can only be returned if the protective seal is not broken.
To make a return; all customers must contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any product(s). We will not be able to accept any product(s) if it does not have an RMA number. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Customer pays return shipping charges on all returns.
